亲爱的留学生同学们：
根据石家庄学院《关于2024年元旦及寒假放假有关事宜的通知》，寒假放假时间为2024年1月15日至2月24日，全体学生于2月25日返校，2月26日正式上课。
为了确保大家度过一个平安愉快的假期，纽乐国际学院作出如下安全提示：
1．放假期间全体留学生须严格遵守中国法律法规和我校的校纪校规，严禁持学生签证打工，不进行违法违规的宗教活动。
2．假期期间如离校外出，请向留学生办公室提出离校申请，并填写《纽乐国际学院留学生离校申请表》。
3．离校前，请整理好个人物品并放置有序，不要在宿舍里存放现金和贵重物品，衣柜、抽屉、箱包等上好锁，关好房间水、电、门、窗等。
4．外出时，选择正规安全的交通工具，注意人身和财产安全。注意随身携带和保管好护照等证件。
5．离校后，住宿地发生变化，在入住后二十四小时内，本人或者留宿人，向居住地的公安机关办理住宿登记。
6．留校的同学假期内，严格遵守宿舍管理规定，正常作息，宿舍内不准留宿外来人员。
7．冬季是各种流行病高发期，尽量减少到人员密集的公共场所活动，注意个人健康，做好防护措施。如身体出现不适，及时到医院就诊。
8．注意防盗防骗，不随身携带大量现金，不随便透露个人信息，不点击不明链接，不轻信陌生来电和信息。
9．放假期间如果签证到期，请提前15天告知留学生办公室老师。
10．假期中如有紧急事宜或特殊情况，可随时与刘老师联系（电话：13931121106）。如遇突发事件，请直接拨打各种报警电话。公安：110；火警：119；急救电话：120。
Winter Holiday Safety Notice for Nule International Students
Dear international students:
According to “the Notice on New Year's Day and Winter Holiday in 2024” issued by Shijiazhuang University, the 2024 Winter Holiday is from Jan.15th to Feb.24th. All students should be back on campus on February 25th and start classes on February 26th.
Please pay attention to the following tips to ensure the health and safety of all international students during the winter break：
1. All international students must strictly abide by Chinese laws and regulations, as well as Shijiazhuang University’s rules. Working with a student visa and engaging in illegal religious activities are strictly prohibited.
2. Please submit the application to the International Student Office and fill out the "Nule International Students Leave Application Form" if you are going to leave campus during holidays.
3. Please sort your personal possessions and put them in neatly before leaving campus. Don’t leave cash or valuables in the dormitory. Make sure that your cabinet, drawers and suitcase are locked. Turn off water and electricity and lock the door and windows of the dormitory.
4. Please take proper transportation and pay attention to personal and property safety. Carry and keep your passport and other necessary documents with you.
5. you or the persons who accommodate you need go through the accommodation registration with the public security organs in the place of residence within 24 hours after your arrival upon your residence change.
6. Students who stay on campus should strictly abide by dormitory management regulations. Please keep a regular life. It is not allowed to accommodate visitors in the dormitory.
7. Winter is the peak season of many epidemics. Please go to crowded public places less often. Take personal protection. Once you feel poorly, go to hospital in time.
8. For preventing theft and fraud, please do not carry a lot of cash. Do not disclose personal information, do not click on unknown links, and do not believe unfamiliar call information.
9. If your visa will expire during the holiday period, please inform the teacher of International Student Office 15 days in advance.
